- Where is the best place for me to park my car?
The hotel has two private car parks diagonally opposite the hotel. Enter ‘Raiffeissenstraat’ into your sat nav for these. Parking is subject to payment and possibly subject to availability. More information about parking can be found on the hotel page under the heading ‘accessibility’.
- Is it possible to reserve a parking space?
We offer our parking spaces for a fee and on the basis of availability. Ask us about the possibilities.
- Is there (free) Wi-Fi available in the hotel?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
- Is it possible to check in earlier if I arrive before 15:00?
We do our utmost to ensure that your room is ready on time. If you arrive before 15:00 and we don’t yet have any rooms available, there is always the possibility to leave your luggage in the hotel until the room is ready.
- When do I have to pay for the reservation?
This depends on the chosen rate. If you have booked the Best Available (Flexible) Price, you only have to pay in the hotel. Special rates where no refund is possible, such as early booking discounts, last-minute promotions or non-refundable rates, must be paid in full before the stay.
