- Where is the best place for me to park my car?
The Crown Hotel Eindhoven Centre has two private car parks diagonally opposite the hotel. Enter ‘Raiffeissenstraat’ into your sat nav for these. Parking is subject to payment and possibly subject to availability. More information about parking can be found on the hotel page under the heading ‘accessibility’.
- Is it possible to reserve a parking space?
We offer our parking spaces for a fee and on the basis of availability. Ask us about the possibilities.
- Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?
All floors in the hotel can be reached via the lift. Ask about the rooms with an adapted bathroom if you are less good at walking.
- May I bring my pet along to the hotel?
Although we really like dogs, cats and rabbits, we like to be considerate to everyone. Unfortunately, your pet is not allowed to sleep in our hotel.
- Can I dine at the hotel?
Everyday we serve a delicious and honest breakfast, according to the Dutch Cuisine principles. Enjoy a good start of your day with fresh, healthy and local products!
You can order your lunch or dinner - or whatever you are craving for - through the websites of these restaurants, but of course we are also happy to help you order.
- Can I rent a bike at Crown Hotel Eindhoven?

- What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at Crown Hotel Eindhoven is from 15:00, and check-out is until 12:00.
- Can I pay safely online?
You pay securely with credit card or IDEAL via our secure payment link when making your booking online.
- Why do I receive a payment request by email?
When you have made a reservation that requires advance payment, you will receive an email from us with a payment link. When the payment is made, your reservation is confirmed immediately! Click here for more information.
- Is there (free) Wi-Fi available in the hotel?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
- Is it possible to check in earlier if I arrive before 15:00?
We do our utmost to ensure that your room is ready on time. If you arrive before 15:00 and we don’t yet have any rooms available, there is always the possibility to leave your luggage in the hotel until the room is ready.
- When do I have to pay for the reservation?
This depends on the chosen rate. If you have booked the Best Available (Flexible) Price, you only have to pay in the hotel. Special rates where no refund is possible, such as early booking discounts, last-minute promotions or non-refundable rates, must be paid in full before the stay.
- As of what age can I make a hotel reservation?
Eden Hotels has clear conditions for making a reservation and minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and stay at our hotels without a parent or guardian.
- Can I change or cancel my reservation?
If you have booked directly through one of our websites, you can change or cancel your reservation here. To change or cancel your reservation you will be asked for the e-mail address with which the reservation was made and the reservation number. The reservation number can be found in the reservation confirmation that you received from us. For all other bookings you need to contact the travel agent.
- Can I book several rooms at once?
Of course you can. From 8 rooms or more belonging to one group, booked separately or through one group reservation, special group conditions always apply. Please contact the hotel's reservation department to agree on these, so that there are no surprises.
