Nice hotel

We have stayed at this place with a bongo. Before making my reservation i wanted to make sure that we would be able to have a baby bed in the room for my 18 month old and if there would be any extra for that. I received a reply that I needed to make reservation with bongo and specify i wanted an extra bed in the room. I did that and sent another email to check that my request was ok, and again ask if there would be any extra fee. Received reply everything was ok with my booking. A few days before arriving, i sent another email, again to check if the bed would be ready and if there would be any extra to pay. Again, everything was fine with the reservation... When i arrived, surprise, the bed doesnt fit in our room, therefore we need to pay an extra to get a bigger room so that the bed would fit. What bothers me is not paying extra, but having 3 persons not mention it beforehand eventho i asked is annoying. When going on trip, i like to plan my expenses the best possible way. On another note, room was ok, bed also, and we didnt have to complain about any noise

Great place to stay during a Business Trip

I needed a place in Eindhoven to stay and rest during the prolific conference and Crown Hotel turned out to be perfect for this - quiet rooms allowed for great sleep, fulfilling breakfast gave me the energy for the day and convenient location near the Central Station allowed me to get to wherever I wanted in the city pretty fast. Oh, and there's even a small bonus gift for when you check out :P

Nice stay

Staying in a suite for one night, although the jacuzzi didn't work, they offered complimentary breakfast and even goodies during our checkout. Staffs have very good attitude. Definitely recommend to others.

Excellent stay ,located near train station

Pillows are bouncy , beds are comfy and excellent stay, quick check in, lovely breakfast, warm welcome and friendly receptionists. Will come back again!! Located just 8 mins walk from eindhoven central and nearby has a big grocery store.

I have stayed on my own at the hotel for two nights. I have prepaid for the stay in advance. During the first night, at 1:30 the door of my room opened, the light went on and three men came in. I woke up and got shocked. Of course, they were surprised too. They left, I dressed and went to the reception. There was one guy, who said he was working for the first day. In the morning I went to the reception again, to ask what happened. They said, it was the systems' fault. I asked for the reimbursement, as I did not sleep that night due to the shock after the incident. The lady said, it was not possible. She did not bother to explain why or apologise for what happened. When leaving the hotel I have asked them once again, if they are going to refund me the first nigh. The lady was mean to me and she said "my colleague already told you, the refund is not possible". I asked for the manager. The manager promised me that they will contact me the next working day, but they never did. To add more, the room was dirty.
